This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, motivated, IT Professional to join a leading Network Support Team in Rockhampton, Central Queensland.  The successful candidate will be passionate about IT, prepared to increase their real world ‘hands- on’ IT experience and ready to add value to our large and varied business client base. 

It is essential that candidates meet the following criteria:

• 2 years Microsoft Server 2000/2003 installation and administration experience including Active Directory, IIS 6 Webserver, DNS, DHCP, Routing and Remote Access
   
• Broad Terminal Server experience including installation, maintenance and Group Policy configuration
   
• Experience with configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Routers, Firewalls and Switches
   
• Well developed communication skills in order to work effectively with a diverse range of clients
   
• Able to contribute to the Network Support Team
   
• Vehicle and Driver’s License to enable network installation and support for our remote clients throughout Central Queensland

 
Experience in the following would be an advantage:

• SQL Server
• ISA Server
• Citrix Server
• Cisco Routing
• Linux Operating System
• Netware Operating System
• VOIP Technology
• Wireless Networking
   

The salary for this position is negotiable depending on qualifications.  University qualifications are desirable but not necessary for this position.
